Ballard Spahr is seeking a Trademark Staff Attorney, for a non-partnership track role, to join its innovative Intellectual Property Group in Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution. Knowledge of U.S. copyright law is a plus, but not required. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. In addition, active Bar admission in the candidate's chosen jurisdiction, or the ability to waive into that Bar, is required. This is a non-partnership track role.
