Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a main shop technician (Toyota preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially with hybrids
• Solid automotive mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
• Proven efficiency and proficiency in flagged hours
• Familiarity with manufacturer repair processes
• Team-oriented mentality in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR, background, and drug screen
