What You Will Do:

The Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is looking for a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager. You'll be responsible for managing a TPM team of skilled technicians and following the MCoE TPM engagement standard work.
• Supervise a team that will Identify, categorize and regularly review equipment; supervise team to schedule and maintain a cleaning schedule for equipment.
• Implement TPM/CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) standards and baseline current state of Equipment.
• Lead implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future state analysis; guide team in best practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects
• Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel.
• Document benefits realized / Lessons Learned (Uptime, OEE, on time Delivery, Yield Improvements, ECT.)
• Complete and Maintain the TPM Engagement Charter
• Support other Reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs
• Ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA, Autonomous Maintenance, and PM optimization)
• Produce and drive technical writing processes to support the data collection to support and justify the team achievements with Forecasting and Planning.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment OR a Master's degree and 7 or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency with Lean tools and processes
• Experience leading implementation process

Qualifications We Prefer:
• Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory/managerial capacity
• SAP knowledge
• Experience in a deadline driven environment competing priorities
• Record of overcoming obstacles with limited resources in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Formal TPM certification or extensive practical implementation experience (pillar leadership, autonomous maintenance deployment, focused improvement, planned maintenance, early equipment management).
• Lean/Six Sigma certifications, such as Green Belt or Black Belt, especially if tied to equipment reliability or downtime reduction projects.
• Root-cause analysis expertise, using structured methodologies (5-Why, fishbone, fault-tree analysis).
• Strong project management skills, and experience driving site-wide or multi-site transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment used in aerospace, such as CNC machines, Forging/Heat Treatment, robotics, or specialized machining centers.
• Ability to build capability, including TPM training programs for operators and maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and management skills, as TPM relies heavily on culture adoption.
• Experience in a high-mix, high-volume production environment, which is common in aerospace and affects maintenance priorities.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
