Full Job Description
  • Lead and supervise the Tooling team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all tooling changes to support production requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for tooling and related equipment.
  • Track, analyze, and drive corrective actions for predictive maintenance and tooling performance issues.
  • Manage tooling inventory levels to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and implement tooling solutions, including fixtures and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to tooling operations.
  • Maintain accurate shift logs and ensure effective communication across shifts.
  • Promote compliance with company standards related to quality, environmental management, health and safety, and data security.
  • Ensure team members understand and fulfill their responsibilities regarding product quality, workplace safety, environmental impact, and information security.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and ongoing professional development.
  • Apply and maintain knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) through training, work experience, or a combination of both.
