Plan, coordinate, and execute all tooling changes to support production requirements.
Develop, maintain, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for tooling and related equipment.
Track, analyze, and drive corrective actions for predictive maintenance and tooling performance issues.
Manage tooling inventory levels to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
Coordinate and implement tooling solutions, including fixtures and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects related to tooling operations.
Maintain accurate shift logs and ensure effective communication across shifts.
