Job Description
The Title Project Manager role is a full-time position with a hybrid work environment offering a combination of on-site days based at our main offices in Cool, TX (East side of Mineral Wells) and remote days as determined by business needs and team schedules. This role is responsible for managing title, document preparation and related activities for land and right-of-way projects, including overseeing research and review of property records, coordinating title curative actions, weekly project status meetings with the client, preparation of all project line lists, assisting in the preparation of items for condemnation process and coordinating with administrative team on landowner notifications.

The Title Project Manager will plan and track project timelines, coordinate with clients, field teams, survey teams, legal partners, and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and consistent communication with team members and clients to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Requirements

Qualification Requirements (minimum and preferred requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience in title field
  • Strong working knowledge of title research, analyzing and understanding estate documents, and property records across multiple jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple concurrent title or land projects.
  • Background in review and research of existing easement rights, verifying property records, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Skills in logistics management, including coordinating field teams, resources, and timelines to support field operations.
  • Knowledge of land, right-of-way, or title processes; experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or similar industries is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with clients, survey, legal partners, and internal teams and project managers in the field.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) software and project tracking tools; ability to learn specialized systems as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cool, TX, with field engagement as required and maintain a high level of integrity and respect in all interactions.
  • Relevant education or training in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
