Responsibilities
TikTok Commerce Product Strategy and Operation Manager work closely with Product Managers, Research & Development, business operations and various other counterparts to ensure the successful adoption of TikTok eCommerce platform by end-users, merchants, creators and TikTok employees. They will contribute to developing product strategy, as well as inbound and outbound responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Define global creator product and operation strategy based on overall product strategy. - Co-own the creator business goals with operation teams and together define market specific product strategy. - Based on market analysis, work with PM, Ops, algorithm and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results. - Drive go-to-market strategies to increase adoption and usage of TikTok shop products for Creators and Affiliates on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 2+ years experience in product operations, GTM, or product management. - Strong ecommerce marketplace product or operation experience. - In depth understanding of merchandising strategy, especially how to leverage different strategies to drive business growth. - Knowledgeable about creator (influencer) ecosystem and prior experience working with creator products are preferred. - Bachelor degree is required. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with live streaming tools or platforms.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
