Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. This role sits at the intersection of operations and data analytics. You will use data to identify performance opportunities, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into scalable operational improvements across internal teams and external service providers. The ideal candidate combines hands-on last-mile or fulfillment operations experience with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong business judgment, analytical depth, operational understanding, and cross-functional leadership to bridge the gap between network models, system logic, and real-world execution constraints. Responsibilities - Own performance monitoring and improvement across last-mile service providers, including on-time delivery, SLA attainment, exception rates, loss and damage, and customer-impacting service metrics. - Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers of performance gaps across carriers, regions, routes, and fulfillment flows. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. - Partner with Operations, Product, Data Science, and Quality teams to improve fulfillment decision logic, including routing, carrier selection, capacity allocation, and exception management. - Develop and drive performance improvement plans with internal stakeholders and service providers. Define success metrics, track results, and scale effective practices across the network. - Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and operating mechanisms that enable regular performance reviews and timely decision-making. - Lead or support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with internal teams and external partners. Clearly communicate risks, insights, progress, and required actions to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, last-mile, transportation, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, with demonstrated ownership of performance improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical skills and experience using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools to solve operational problems. - Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating data insights into measurable process, service, or cost improvements. - Strong understanding of operational KPIs and service provider performance management, including SLA design, carrier scorecards, and escalation mechanisms. - Proven ability to work effectively across Operations, Product, Data, and external partners in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with R, or other analytical tools for data analysis and automation. - Experience with last-mile routing, network planning, capacity management, or fulfillment decision systems. - Experience partnering with Data Science or Product teams to define analytical requirements, evaluate solutions, and operationalize decision logic. - Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, or other logistics service providers in a high-volume environment. - Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or other high-growth logistics environments.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
