Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Experience with clients who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for dual diagnoses treatment.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary care team.
• Direct experience providing therapy or behavioral health care.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to aid client recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients and their families on co-occurring disorders.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and best practices.
