The Chief Engineer requires a valid CA drivers license. Prior Chief Engineer experience in a hotel/resort setting is required.

Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years
- Supervisory experience required
- Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical)
- Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure
- Financial and arithmetic proficiency
