Responsibilities- Manage high-volume plaintiff PI caseload intake to resolution: strategy, depositions, motions, client management
- Own your litigation practice; outcomes drive comp
- Work with case managers, paralegals, ops
- Litigation strategy against insurers using firm's referral network
- Depositions, motions, court appearances
