Job Description (General Summary)
The Development Acceleration Team exists to accelerate Intralox's ability to identify, evaluate, and mature new product opportunities. We operate with the mindset of an internal startup, moving quickly from idea to reality through prototyping, experimentation, and customer-driven learning. Our success is measured not by how many projects we complete, but by how quickly and accurately we determine which opportunities deserve future investment.
As a Test Engineer on this team, you will help shape the future of conveyance technology by transforming bold ideas into real-world solutions. Working at the intersection of engineering, experimentation, and customer needs, you will design and execute rapid tests that uncover what works, what doesn't, and what could become the next breakthrough product. You will collaborate closely with a highly autonomous team to build prototypes, challenge assumptions, analyze performance, and gather insights from actual applications in the field. Every project is an opportunity to solve complex material handling challenges, push the limits of innovation, and influence the direction of Intralox's future technology portfolio. If you are energized by curiosity, hands-on problem solving, and the chance to bring new ideas to life, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with incomplete information, takes action quickly, and understands that prototypes are tools for learning rather than finished products. These designs will help to inform real engineering requirements that downstream teams need to create robust products.
This position is not eligible for work authorization or sponsorship.
