Responsibilities: - Build the development of large model evaluation technologies; design and implement solutions tailored to real business scenarios to continuously improve professionalism, stability and efficiency. - Take charge of evaluation framework design, as well as the training, deployment and tuning of evaluation models. Analyze model performance and conduct root-cause analysis of defects, summarize evaluation insights to support model optimization and version iteration. - Explore scientific, scalable evaluation methodologies and technical systems for scenarios including LLMs, multimodal understanding & generation, Agents and world models. - Continuously track and research cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices in the large model field, and implement innovative solutions in evaluation workflows. Qualification Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Preferred Qualifications - Solid foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, with hands-on algorithm experience related to large models. - Capable of applying algorithm capabilities to real evaluation scenarios; proficient in Python, with experience in evaluation framework design, training and deployment of evaluation models, or delivery of evaluation systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to deeply troubleshoot issues arising from large model training and application, and independently explore viable solutions. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive at work. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
