Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product testing and validation.
• Experience with electromechanical systems, sensors, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficient in data acquisition systems and test instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement validation and verification test plans for mechatronic systems.
• Design and maintain test fixtures and automated testing equipment.
• Define testing methodologies and procedures based on industry standards.
• Conduct various tests, including functional and durability assessments.
• Analyze test data and communicate findings through reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product requirements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety and quality compliance.
