Full Job Description
What you will be doing:
  • Work in the Board Level Reliability lab environment and set up functional test hardware and software for various NV products, including large server systems, and perform functional validation for GPU/Tegra products.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automated test programs.
  • Set up and operate probing systems to perform electrical functional tests.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical testing along with Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to identify failure mechanisms.
  • Conduct advanced failure analysis using techniques such as CSAM (C-Scan Acoustic Microscopy) and X-ray imaging to detect internal defects, delamination, voids, and structural issues.
  • Analyze failure data, correlate test results, and generate detailed reports with clear root cause findings.
  • Maintain, debug, and continuously improve test setups and lab infrastructure.
  • Assist in lab maintenance, calibration, and materials control.


What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with minimum 5 year semiconductor FA experience
  • Strong understanding of electronics reliability concepts and failure mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with failure analysis techniques including PFA, CSAM, and X-ray inspection.
  • Familiarity with electronic testing, reliability validation, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Comfortable working with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, CentOS).
  • Basic programming/scripting knowledge for test automation.
  • Experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, curve tracers, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to closure.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take on technical challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 60,000 USD - 101,200 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
