We're looking for a
Territory Sales Manager to join our team in
Delta, BC.
As the face of Hercules in your region, you'll represent a company known across Canada for delivering trusted lifting, rigging, material handling, engineered solutions, inspections, and safety training. Working closely with your branch team, you'll develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and help customers find the right solutions to improve safety, productivity, and operational performance. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll spend much of your time in the field, balancing customer visits with branch collaboration while growing market share throughout Delta and the surrounding region.
What You'll Do- Manage and grow sales throughout Delta and surrounding areas by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing annual sales plans to achieve territory objectives and drive regional market growth.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct face-to-face customer meetings with clear sales objectives.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend consultative solutions using Hercules' products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and ongoing account management.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and strategic relationship building.
- Balance your time effectively between customer visits and branch-based activities.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations with support from your Branch Manager and Customer Service team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
- Share market intelligence and sales opportunities with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Represent Hercules at customer meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Promote Hercules' training services whenever they provide additional value for customers.

Qualifications- Approximately 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience managing a significant sales portfolio.
- College diploma or university degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Industrial sales experience is preferred.
- Account management experience with a proven ability to grow customer relationships.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial distribution, utilities, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Professional references who can speak to your sales achievements and relationship-building abilities.
In return, you can expect:- Competitive salary $75,000-$87,000 annually, depending on experience
