Full Job Description
Le/la Responsable des ventes territoriales pour le marché du Québec est chargé(e) de mener des ventes complexes et multi-départementales auprès des hôpitaux, depuis l'introduction de nouveaux concepts diagnostiques jusqu'à la conclusion et la mise en œuvre d'un portefeuille de tests de diagnostic moléculaire. Établit des relations professionnelles avec les personnes clés des comptes clients. Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe de ventes du Canada et est un rôle à distance situé dans la province de Québec. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de: • Cultiver et maintenir des relations positives avec les laboratoires, les pharmacies, les services de contrôle des infections, la direction des soins infirmiers, les urgences, la gestion des risques et les médecins dans le secteur des soins aigus afin d'identifier des prospects qualifiés, accroître la part de marché, augmenter les revenus et réduire l'attrition des clients. • Stimuler la demande et l'adoption de nouveaux tests et instruments pour atteindre les objectifs trimestriels et annuels de commandes et de revenus ; améliorer la marge bénéficiaire sur les ventes d'équipements, de réactifs et de contrats de service. • Optimiser le cycle de vente en utilisant Salesforce.com (outil CRM) pour suivre l'activité des clients et des comptes, cartographier la visibilité et accroître la part de marché, et prioriser les opportunités de vente. Exigences essentielles du poste: • Diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience en vente dans le secteur de la santé, de préférence en diagnostic de laboratoire ou maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent avec plus de 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans le secteur de la santé, de préférence en diagnostic de laboratoire. • Succès avéré en vente, notamment dans la commercialisation de produits à prix premium. • Expérience dans l'engagement de plusieurs interlocuteurs au sein de l'hôpital, incluant le laboratoire et les services hors laboratoire. • Bilingue en français et en anglais. • Capacité à satisfaire aux exigences de certification des fournisseurs. • Disponibilité pour voyager jusqu'à 75 % du temps. Voyage & dossier de conduite exigences: • Capacité de voyager 75 % du temps • Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite acceptable Un atout supplémentaire serait: • Maîtrise de l'utilisation du CRM Salesforce. • Expertise dans la création de demande pour des technologies innovantes plutôt que pour des technologies de remplacement. La fourchette salariale annuelle pour ce poste est de 100,000 à 120,000 CAD. C'est la fourchette que nous croyons de bonne foi représenter la rémunération possible pour ce poste au moment de cette annonce. Cette fourchette peut être modifiée dans le futur. Ce poste est également admissible à une rémunération incitative. Nous offrons un ensemble complet d'avantages sociaux, incluant des congés payés, une assurance médicale/dentaire/vision et un régime de retraite pour les employés admissibles. #LI-AA4 The Territory Sales Executive for the Quebec market is responsible for driving highly sophisticated, multi-departmental, hospital sales from the introduction of new diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation for a portfolio of molecular diagnostic tests. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. This position is part of the Canada Sales Team and is a remote role located in Quebec Province. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with laboratory, pharmacy, infection control, nursing management, emergency department, risk management and physician partners within the Acute healthcare market in order to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition. • Drive demand for and adoption of new assays and instrumentation to deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; improve profit margin on equipment, reagent and service contract sales. • Optimize cycle time by using Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to maintain customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel. The essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor's degree in field with 5+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics or Master's degree in field with 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics • Proven sales success, specifically in selling premium-priced products. • Experience engaging multiple call points within the hospital, to include both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory. • Bi-lingual in French and English • Ability to pass vendor credentialing requirements. Travel & Motor Vehicle Record Requirements: • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Proficient using SalesForce CRM • Expertise in demand creation for ground-breaking technologies versus replacement technology is a plus. The annual salary range for this role is CAD 100,000 to 120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
