What You'll DoAs Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Unilock's market presence throughout your territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and grow residential sales throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and the Maryland suburbs.
- Partner with Unilock's commercial sales team to expand commercial business across the DC metro region.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, landscape professionals, designers, and architects.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while consistently developing new business.
- Train and support customers to help them successfully sell Unilock products.
- Introduce new products, programs, promotions, and sales tools.
- Conduct product education, sales training, and ongoing customer development sessions.
- Maintain accurate territory activity, customer information, and sales reporting using electronic reporting tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You BringWe're looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping customers succeed.
Qualifications include:
- Residence within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or a related industry.
- Proven experience prospecting, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of business acumen, initiative, and customer focus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking to groups and conducting customer training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales reporting systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
