Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups.

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that support Brookfield's business operations and strategic priorities. This role manages the full project lifecycle-from initiation through delivery-ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to coordinate delivery activities, manage risks, and maintain strong governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across a range of initiatives, including office buildouts and relocations, end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and other enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in partnership with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering key milestones, dependencies, resources, technical activities, procurement, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, including end-user technology, cybersecurity, network, engineering, and operations, as well as business stakeholders and third-party vendors, to drive successful delivery.
  • Manage project execution from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, tracking progress against established plans and proactively identifying and resolving issues, delays, and dependencies.
  • For office buildout and relocation projects, coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technology requirements, including network and connectivity, end-user technology, AV, security systems, cabling, equipment, and other site technology.
  • Partner with architects, general contractors, engineers, property managers, facilities teams, and technology partners on build-related projects to align technology delivery with design, construction schedules, site readiness, and occupancy milestones.
  • Lead technology deployments, upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and security initiatives, coordinating technical design and implementation activities, environment readiness, testing, cutover, business readiness, and transition to operational support.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement, and financial tracking in accordance with established governance and financial controls, including capital expenditures and change orders where applicable.
  • Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners, including scope definition, commercial coordination, delivery oversight, dependencies, and performance against project commitments.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, including project status reporting, steering committees where required, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, working with project teams and stakeholders to establish appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with technology standards, architecture, cybersecurity requirements, governance, compliance, and operational risk expectations.
  • Drive implementation and operational readiness, ensuring appropriate testing, documentation, support models, knowledge transfer, stakeholder communications, and handover to operational teams.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and leadership on project status, milestones, financials, risks, issues, decisions, and overall delivery health.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, processes, tools, and governance practices within the PMO.

Key Deliverables
  • Successful delivery of technology projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Comprehensive project documentation including project charters, work plans, status reports, and closure documentation.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of project progress, financial status, risks, and issues.
  • Well-managed project governance including stakeholder engagement and decision frameworks.
  • Effective management of project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Delivery of technology capabilities that support business initiatives, operational improvements, or regulatory requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and alignment between technology teams and business stakeholders.

Required Experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing technology or IT projects in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, office buildouts, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Experience working in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and project governance structures.
  • Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks or PMO environments.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong project management capabilities across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex delivery environments.

  • Understanding enterprise technology environments including applications, infrastructure, and security considerations.
  • Familiarity with technology governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project planning tools).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience managing infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise application implementations.
  • Experience delivering technology initiatives supporting mergers and acquisitions or business integrations.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems or platforms used within financial services environments.
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies.
  • Vendor management experience and exposure to large-scale enterprise technology programs.


Salary Range: $120K - $130K

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations
