As a Technology Designer, Networking, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Independently lead the detailed technical design of complex projects and ensure their integrity through to production deployment;
- Act as a technical leader for analysts, delivery teams, partners, and vendors;
- Advance initiatives, clarify decisions, and constructively challenge proposed solutions;
- Design simple, standardized, secure, and self-service networking services;
- Support development teams with application and API connectivity, exposure, and protection requirements;
- Drive the evolution of automation, NetDevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code;
- Produce required technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team;
- Mentor and coach analysts to strengthen their autonomy, critical thinking, and adoption of modern practices and solutions;
- Help evolve the team toward an approach centered on end-to-end automation, security by design, and close collaboration with development teams.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their technical leadership and ability to positively influence teams and stakeholders;
- Stands out for their autonomy, initiative, ability to take ownership of complex mandates from end to end, and capability to communicate and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges;
- Is known for their collaborative approach, customer focus, and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to different audiences;
- Has several years of experience designing complex networking solutions in hybrid and cloud environments;
- Possesses expertise in multiple areas, including cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI), application delivery and exposure (Akamai CDN/WaaP/DNS and NGINX), cloud interconnectivity, automation (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps), as well as networking fundamentals (BGP/OSPF routing) and security technologies (Palo Alto firewalls);
- Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires weekly communication with English-speaking technology partners and solution providers through emails and conference calls.
