We are seeking motivated leaders with experience helping banking clients transform their business and technology ecosystems across the front, middle, and back office. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will help design future-state operating models, modernize technology architectures, implement digital solutions, optimize business processes, and enable sustainable organizational change.
Our engagements span strategic technology assessments, target-state architecture design, data and analytics transformation, core platform modernization, vendor selection, cloud adoption, digital channel transformation, and large-scale technology-enabled business transformation programs.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead technology-enabled transformation engagements for financial services clients, overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery of strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with client business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for digitization, automation, data modernization, and operational efficiency.
- Support the design and implementation of future-state operating models, technology architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead workstreams involving core banking modernization, digital channel transformation, data and analytics initiatives, and technology platform implementations.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, thought leadership, and market-facing initiatives.
- Support talent development through mentoring, coaching, recruitment, and knowledge sharing.
- Work across EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions that combine business transformation, technology, data, risk, and operational excellence.
Skills and Attributes for Success- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate banking processes and how technology can transform customer, employee, and operational experiences.
- Experience delivering technology transformation programs involving cloud, digital platforms, workflow automation, data management, analytics, AI, or emerging technologies.
- Understanding of modern banking technology ecosystems, including core banking platforms, lending systems, treasury platforms, payments solutions, CRM technologies, and digital channels.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating business objectives into technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience creating business cases, transformation roadmaps, and technology strategies.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex transformation environments.
To Qualify for the role, you must have- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree) or relevant professional certifications (CFA, PMP, etc.)
- 5+ years (Manager) or 10+ years (Senior Manager) of experience delivering technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives within commercial, corporate, or SME banking environments.
- Experience leading large-scale technology implementation, modernization, or transformation programs.
- Experience working with banking technology platforms, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies, technology delivery lifecycles, and change management practices.
- Experience in business development activities such as proposal responses
- Proficiency in English and French languages, both written and spoken is required
Ideally, you should also have- Deep understanding of current market trends in the financial services industry and knowledge of key problems faced by banks or insurers and ideas how some of these can be solved through automation and digitalisations
- Experience with working across functions and stakeholders in retail/private banking, commercial/investment banking and/or wealth and asset management

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $114,000 to $171,000
