Responsibilities

  • Develop work plans and ensure proper team assignments for Joint Operations Center employees
  • Ensure all team members possess necessary credentials and clearances

Full Job Description
Responsible for the management of the JRTC Instrumentation System Operations Directs and supervises up to 25 Computer Systems Analysts and Electronic Techs Coordinates the planning, development and support of the JRTC Instrumentation System Software Oversight on the maintenance of the JRTC Instrumentation System Responsible for work schedules and team assignments for all Joint Operations Center ATMP Employees Ensures all employees have proper credentials and clearances Develops work plans for employees Ensures customer expectations are disseminated and met Verifies Time Sheets for all employees Develops and oversees work instructions and duties for all employees Manages Work Order input into a data based Work Order Software program Participates in weekly site Lead Synchronization Meetings Participates in numerous customer scheduled meetings and makes decisions for the Section to include implementation of said instructions Selects and hires through interview panels, all new JOC employees
