Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe individual will work in Production Support within the Global Wealth and Investment Management line of business, focused on advisory and framework applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide production support services, including incident management for single-user issues, branch outages, and infrastructure triage.
- Coordinate with Problem Management teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Continuously build and maintain application and operational knowledge.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address process gaps, technology gaps, and stability concerns.
- Ensure timely communication and status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Be accountable for the restoration and resolution of all production application issues within agreed timelines.
Mandatory Skills: Unix - Implementation and Maintenance.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
