Titre d'emploi: Technicien en architecture sénior (Concepteur architectural)

Tâches:
Réaliser la conception architecturale de bâtiments résidentiels multifamiliaux, commerciaux et institutionnels.
Produire, réviser et coordonner les plans, détails techniques et modèles 3D à l'aide de Revit et AutoCAD.
Analyser les exigences réglementaires, les codes du bâtiment et les règlements municipaux afin d'assurer la conformité des projets.
Participer à l'élaboration de solutions architecturales optimisant la constructibilité, les coûts et les échéanciers.
Coordonner les aspects techniques avec les ingénieurs, consultants spécialisés et entrepreneurs.
Préparer les documents requis pour les permis, appels d'offres et dossiers d'exécution.
Effectuer l'analyse technique des plans et devis.
Assurer le contrôle qualité de la documentation produite.
Participer aux réunions de coordination multidisciplinaires.
Effectuer des visites de chantier lorsque requis.
Formuler des recommandations techniques visant l'amélioration continue des projets.
Soutenir les équipes de gestion de projets, de construction et de développement immobilier.

Poste permanent - temps plein (40h/semaine)
Horaire: Jour/Soir/Nuit/Fin de semaine
Vacances: 15 jours par année
