Technical Writer
Position Summary
Lionbridge seeks a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team as a Senior Technical Writer. In this role the Senior Technical Writer would be responsible for optimizing written copy for accuracy and consistency provided by Lionbridge teams and/or clients. Precise formatting, tone, accuracy, clarity, and focus as outlined by the team or client are all areas of high importance in this role. Open and consistent collaborations with other teams, leadership, clients, and POCs is to be expected to ensure standards are understood and achieved. This role provides guidance to junior team members.
What You Will Do
Perform updates of simple to moderate complexity to procedural articles as assigned, ensuring that assignments are completed on time and in accordance with quality guidelines.
Write clear, simple content that adheres to partner company and departmental standards and guidelines.
Ensure that content is technically accurate and uses appropriate tone, voice, grammar, formatting, punctuation, spelling, and messaging.
Collaborate openly and effectively with team leadership to manage content assignments and communicate status proactively.
Provide guidance to junior team members
