Job Description:

TECHNICAL UX OPTIMIZATION LEAD

We are seeking a Technical UX Optimization Lead to drive service enhancements focused on improving user experience across the GREENWAY program. In this role, you will leverage data analysis to pinpoint UX bottlenecks, develop innovative implementation strategies, and explore different technologies and product offerings to elevate customer satisfaction. Collaborating across different technical teams, you will guide the integration of UX improvements and establish robust metrics to track the improvement of these changes, ensuring a seamless experience for the users. A deep understanding of the enterprise ecosystem, including how services interconnect, is essential for success in this position.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify root causes of UX issues in services and applications, considering the broader enterprise architecture and service interdependencies.
• Develop and propose multiple technical solutions and implementation plans to optimize services, prioritizing customer needs and overall experience enhancements, while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide systems.
• Research and evaluate current and emerging technologies to address UX challenges and recommended technical integrations and solutions that improve usability and efficiency.
• Define and implement key metrics and measurements frameworks to evaluate the success of UX optimizations and iterate on data-driven insights.
• Leverage knowledge of enterprise technologies to deploy technical solutions that inform optimization strategies and troubleshoot cross-service impacts on UX.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Technical UX Optimization Lead must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: Proven expertise in data analysis tools; deep understanding of enterprise systems and service integrations; proficiency in scripting, particularly with PowerShell; experience working across different technical teams; Familiarity with metrics and KPIs.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Demonstrated leadership abilities including guiding technical teams and initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Location: On Site Annapolis Junction, MD
• Certification: IAT Level II

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
