Full Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will serve as the principal authority for AI-enabled targeting methodologies and intelligence-driven data analysis. This role involves integrating advanced analytical capabilities across complex operational environments to identify, assess, and develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats. The SME will provide strategic leadership in analytic modernization, data-driven targeting, and cross-domain intelligence integration while ensuring the ethical and secure use of emerging technologies.

What you do:
  • Leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cyber intelligence to exploit large-scale data and identify threats.
  • Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques and data exploitation tools.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple intelligence and operational sources.
  • Create intelligence products, targeting packages, and executive-level briefings.
  • Lead complex analytic efforts and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure ethical and effective use of emerging technologies in intelligence operations.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and intelligence collection methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven analytical frameworks.
  • Excellent critical thinking, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex analytics projects.

Nice to have:
  • Master's degree in Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, law enforcement, or national security missions.
  • Expertise in AI/ML model development, data engineering, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience with cyber threat intelligence, network analysis, digital forensics, or open-source intelligence (OSINT).
  • Relevant certifications in intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, data science, cloud technologies, or AI/ML disciplines.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
