  • Strong technical understanding of transformer construction and component applications.
  • Experience managing product homologation, certification, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and willingness to travel up to 30%-40%, including domestic and international travel.
