About the Role

Our team is growing to help OpenAI build the next phase of highly capable intelligent computer systems. We're looking for a highly experienced Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. You're driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industry's most sought-after talent. You'll work with our existing team members-including technical recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and cross-functional partners-to drive key hires across engineering, AI, and technical domains.

In this role, you will:
  • Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the business
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity
  • Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and best practices
  • Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
  • Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts
