What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, with 5-10+ years of progressive product design or operations engineering experience (exceptional candidates outside this range may also be considered).
Proven success leading technical teams and complex engineering projects, providing technical leadership, project oversight, and execution in engineering and technology-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience with compressor components, casings, rotors, or blades and vanes.
Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, mechanical integrity, structural analysis, the engineering design process, and design-for-manufacturing principles; knowledge of 3D CAD tools such as NX is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights, drive data-driven decisions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
