- Run the portfolio: dependencies, decisions, and dates across mechanical, electrical, controls, and modelling workstreams.
- Own executive visibility: the honest one-pager on where every R&D program stands.
- Build the TPM team and the operating system it runs on.

- You've led TPM or program teams for hardware, infrastructure, or capital programs.
- You've run portfolios where workstreams shared engineers and deadlines.
- You surface the slip weeks early with the recovery options attached.
- Your program artifacts are the source of truth, not shelf-ware.
- You've hired and grown TPMs.
- Bonus: Data center or energy programs. NPI frameworks. Modular or productized hardware. Schedule risk analysis.
