Job Description / Responsibilities- Lead system integration initiatives, developing front-end applications and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
- Design and implement solutions using Angular for front-end and a mix of NodeJS and Java for API development.
- Serve as the primary technical contact, ensuring integration standards and best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct coding assessments, peer reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Support deployments, releases, and stakeholder coordination.
- Contribute to a collaborative, people-focused team environment where leaders drive standards and expectations.
Required Qualifications- 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular and Java (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of NodeJS for API development (good to have).
- Solid experience in system integrations and enterprise application development.
- Ability to pass coding assessments and demonstrate cultural fit in team-based scenarios.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional references validating technical and collaborative experience.
Preferred Skills- Exposure to Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience working in diverse technology environments requiring integration across multiple platforms.
