Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
- Review code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to define technical solutions.
- Break down business requirements into technical tasks and estimate development effort.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Ensure best practices in software development, testing, security, and documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills- Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Experience implementing security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
