Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Technical Expert, you will be a key pillar in improving maintenance practices and equipment performance across multiple plants.

Your scope of action:
  • Take ownership of the evolution of maintenance systems (SAP / PLM, Spartakus) and ensure data quality and standardization
  • Structure and optimize preventive maintenance plans as well as routings
  • Develop and deploy best practices in preventive maintenance
  • Develop and deploy best practices in predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, etc.)
  • Carry out and support technical analyses aimed at improving equipment reliability
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize performance and reduce maintenance costs
  • Conduct diagnostics of maintenance processes and recommend concrete improvements
  • Deploy and standardize best practices across different units
  • Support, train, and develop local teams to strengthen their technical autonomy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure overall consistency and performance across the network


Required Qualifications

You will thrive in the role of Technical Expert if you identify with the following:
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering
  • Strong hands-on field experience (mechanical, electrical, process or industrial maintenance)
  • Expertise in maintenance optimization and performance analysis
  • Good command of maintenance management systems
  • Experience with systems such as SAP PLM or Spartakus, expertise in predictive maintenance (including vibration analysis), and relevant certifications (CMRP, PGM, or MMP) are strong assets
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Influential leadership, expert mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to simplify complex technical issues with a results-oriented and continuous improvement approach
