Technical Analyst, you will join a team driving Enterprise AI and semantic solutions to solve complex data challenges. In this role, you will develop frameworks to organize and unify information, leveraging inference to analyze large-scale data, answer practical business questions, and uncover unexpected connections across various industries.
Responsibilities- Managing a project timeline and ensuring the on-time submission of client deliverables
- Developing client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and training documentation
- Interfacing directly with clients virtually or in person through interviews, focus groups, workshops, and/or formal presentations
- Collaborating across business and technology functions, serving as a core support resource across multiple project workstreams, to ensure cohesive solutions are delivered
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business and technical needs to address client challenges - translating business use cases into technical requirements, and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams/stakeholders
- Analyzing content and data sources to discover information that supports a given business domain through qualitative and quantitative assessments
- Supporting the refinement of semantic layer strategies that feed into the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge, data management, and AI solutions
- Assisting in interpreting, documenting, and enriching semantic models, taxonomies, ontologies, and related solutions
- Supporting testing, implementation, and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Conducting analysis of vendor tool offerings and advising clients on semantic tool selection and configuration
- Contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and practice development efforts
- Fostering opportunities to grow into data management consulting, semantic solutions consulting, taxonomy/ontology modeling, or data science and engineering roles

This hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable, commutable distance of our Arlington, VA office and that you are willing to be on-site 3 days a week.
Required Skills and Experience:- 1+ years of experience working in project-based work and/or client-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in a field with strong emphasis in business or data analysis, information systems, philosophy, or other fields related to technology and analysis
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities as well as working collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with experience in presentations and/or facilitation
- Detail-oriented to be "last eye" on deliverables
- The ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently and proactively on various projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Aptitude to quickly learn new skills and abilities on-the-job
Preferred Skills and Experience:- Understanding of and passion for logic (e.g., logic puzzles, linguistic and grammar rules, mathematical proofs, set theory, formal logic, etc.)
- Experience supporting research, data analysis, or business analysis efforts
- Work experience with knowledge and information systems (e.g., knowledge bases, project management tools, LMS, CMS, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with or interest in learning coding languages (i.e. Python, SPARQL, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to new technology, problem-solve, and learn new skills quickly and effectively
- Basic understanding of prioritization approaches for content and data analysis
Salary Information:EK considers a broad range of factors in considering employee salary, including a candidate's skills, experience, education, certifications, past successes, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $93,000, with most candidates likely to fall in the lower half. This range does not guarantee a specific salary and may be adjusted based on the needs of the company and the candidate's qualifications.
