Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with integrated dashboard metrics, data visualizations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting program management oversight
Develop interactive Trip Report dashboards documenting travel activities, site visit outcomes, costs and budget tracking, and lessons learned, providing comprehensive visibility into field operations
Implement Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking quality control metrics, audit results, continuous improvement indicators, and compliance standards adherence
Develop and maintain integrated operational dashboards delivering near-real-time visibility into enterprise environment health including system availability metrics, capacity utilization trends, and security posture indicators
Create comprehensive Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with detailed financial projections tracking labor hours, costs by Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), and budget burn rates
Implement Data Center Management dashboards displaying Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) resource allocation, cloud-based disaster recovery status, and infrastructure availability metrics
Configure Enterprise Operations Center dashboards displaying infrastructure system availability, critical incident status, and problem management metrics coordinating with DT ENMOC
Using Grafana, design enterprise monitoring dashboards integrating data from Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix, and other monitoring platforms with automated alerting mechanisms
Develop Capacity Management dashboards implementing monitoring tools for trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning across IT infrastructure, applications, and storage systems
Create disaster recovery dashboards tracking 2N redundancy status, automated failover readiness, data replication health, and RTO/RPO compliance ensuring business continuity preparedness
Qualifications:
Required –
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience in related fields, such as data visualization, business intelligence, dashboard development, data analytics, or IT operations reporting; equivalencies considered.
Active Secret Clearance
Proven experience with Grafana dashboard development, data visualization tools, and creating executive-level reporting and analytics dashboards
Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, or similar tools
Strong understanding of IT operations metrics including system availability, performance indicators, capacity metrics, and service level reporting
Experience integrating data from multiple sources and presenting complex technical data in accessible, visually compelling formats with Section 508 accessibility compliance
Desired –
Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State
Professional certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or Splunk Core Certified Power User
Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms including Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, or Zabbix
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, API integration, and scripting languages

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
