Full Job Description
Role OverviewAs Team Lead Inside Sales for the US market, based in Secaucus, NJ, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives to drive new revenue, expand our customer base, and contribute to the success of our industry-leading software solutions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the Inside Sales team while building the operational discipline, coaching capabilities, and scalable processes needed to support sustainable growth and long-term success.
What you'll do

Sales Mastery and Business Development:
  • Manage top customers and key prospects, developing strategies that highlight our value proposition, and maintain direct ownership of a selected portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Drive business development initiatives across the US, increasing revenue, market share, and customer alliances.
  • Build executive relationships with customers and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead and develop our US Inside Sales & Customer Success team
  • Foster a motivated sales force through proactive client engagement and tailored messaging solutions.
  • Own day-to-day execution of outbound telesales activity (calls, follow-ups, qualification)
  • Participate in sales activities, supporting your team in customer interactions.
  • Balance volume with value - driving focus toward higher-quality opportunities, not just activity
  • Ensure accurate and disciplined use of the CRM for activity, leads, and outcomes in coordination with HQ teams
What you'll need
