Full Job Description
In this role, you will lead by coordinating the manufacturing of the company's commercial pump products in accordance with build processes and procedures. You will have the opportunity to support the execution of production plans and achieving production goals within established timelines. A successful candidate will drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards and following all safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees and coordinates the effective and efficient use of all pump manufacturing equipment, tools, and personnel.
  • Oversees and coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent
  • Train employees how to manufacture pumps and make recommendations for further training.
  • Train Employees to build quality pumps as per the build procedures, SOPs and in a timely manner to support the company's effectivity, efficiency, and utilization goals
  • Participate and enforce all Health and Safety Procedures and Policies.
  • Make recommendations, participate, and lead in continuous Improvement projects
  • Make recommendations on staffing, disciplinary actions, and employee achievements
  • Empower and engage employees to create a teamwork environment so they can be successful.


What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
  • Minimum 3-years' Pump Manufacturing experience is desired
  • Use of computers software, including excel and windows explorer
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment where safety and lean culture is practiced and implemented.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment particularly in reading work orders and technical d
  • Grade 12 high school or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity is
  • Familiar with quality control and assurance practices such as being able to complete inspection check sheets and raise non-conformance tickets.
  • Previous experience in factories that have ISO9001 accreditation is
