Description

RiVidium, Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking Team Lead/HR Specialist to provide management and oversight of the USPTO Customer Service Center (CSC) which is staffed by 4 Call Center Representatives and 6 Compensation and Benefits Specialist. The CSC collaborates with the Compensation and Benefits Division to provide support in various functional areas of the Compensation and Benefits Division, Office of Human Resources. The Team Lead must have breadth and depth of compensation and benefits knowledge required to understand the work and how best to distribute, manage and oversee the work, as well as to identify when work expectations are not being met, i.e., identify process and performance gaps. Responsibilites for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
  • Processing benefit and payroll forms, time and attendance, leave audits, and benefits-related Personnel Action Request (PAR)
  • Provide support in payroll administration, retirement counseling, OHR Customer Service Center (OHR CSC) administration and oversight, and leave bank and leave transfer.
  • Ensuring that the work assignments of the contractor team are carried out satisfactorily and timely.
  • Carry sole responsiblity of staff competency and oversight, and shall promptly identify and handle any performance or conduct issues.
  • Prepares and analyzes biweekly and monthly status reports, logs, and other tracking methods to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

The requirement for this position are:
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
  • 8 years' of management experience in time and attendance, pay and leave administration, benefits, and retirement programs, preparation and analysis of leave errors, and payroll support.
  • 5 years' experience in payroll and benefits form processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of NFC pay systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Connect (at least 3 years of experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Leave Share Programs
  • 3 years' experience in Call Center or Help Desk administration/oversight.
  • 5 years' experience in Team Management.
