The Innovative CPA Group is looking for a Tax Senior Manager/Director to join our team in our Venice, FL location. This role has Partnership track potential.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and review complex individual and business tax returns
Review tax planning strategies for business and high-net-worth individuals
Perform tax and accounting research with the aid of research tools and communicate with clients
Manage and build strong business client relationships, including running engagements
Manage a team of Tax professionals
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or relevant field required
CPA license is a plus
Experience with CCH programs is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
Professional and effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well within a team environment
