Armanino is seeking an entrepreneurial senior leader to build, lead, and scale a national Compensation Consulting Practice. This is not a traditional consulting role. The successful candidate will be a practice builder who can establish a compelling vision, generate revenue, develop enduring client relationships, lead sophisticated engagements, recruit and develop talent, and create a profitable national platform over time.
This leader will define the practice strategy, service offerings, go-to-market approach, delivery model, and growth plan while leveraging Armanino’s national accounting and advisory platform, existing client relationships, and cross-functional capabilities. The role is designed for an individual seeking a long-term opportunity to build an enduring business and lead the service line within the firm. They will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a demonstrated ability to build revenue, and the motivation to invest in the practice’s sustained growth over the next decade and beyond.
