Tax Director on BPM's Flowthrough practice with Real Estate expertise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of some of the most sophisticated real estate investors, developers and family-owned enterprises in the market. More than a technical tax leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex partnership structures, maximize tax efficiencies, and make strategic business decisions that drive long-term growth.
You'll lead complex engagements, mentor and develop future leaders, and help expand BPM's growing Real Estate practice while building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:- Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
- Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality products timely and efficiently.
- Deliver and Develop innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
- Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members.
- Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and provide counseling, leadership and career guidance.
Requirements:- 6+ years experience in public accounting in Tax.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred).
- Licensed CPA or EA certified
- Extensive experience with flow-through taxation.
- Experience specializes in real estate taxation
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn.
- Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues.
$172,000 - $227,000 a year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
