Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability (JPMRC) Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the successful work of a multi-disciplinary team to meet and/or exceed all US Army Pacific (USARPAC) requirements in support of the JPMRC Mission.
The Team Lead will work collaboratively and in concert with both technical and functional support personnel to provide support to: JPMRC Strategic Planning, JPMRC Exercise Planning, and JPMRC Exercise Execution.
Travel is required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
The TO Lead on this Task Order in Oahu, is vested with supervisory/managerial authority and responsible for the performance of the work on the contract and serve as a planner/operations officer in surge/execution if needed.
The manager and alternate shall report to HQ USARPAC, G-3 Training, 450 Palm Circle, Bldg. T-115, Ft. Shafter, HI [redacted].
The TO Lead or alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all TO matters relating to daily operation of this TO.
The TO Lead must have demonstrated experience with a minimum of ten years of experience within the Joint, HQDA, ASCC/ACOM level in HsT and/or CTC Training Operations.
Additionally, Joint/Bilateral and Multi-national Exercises, Concept Plan Development, Organizational Analysis and the ability to analyze, organize and present knowledge from large amounts of data using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
The Contractor shall possess knowledge of U.S.
TDA and be capable of developing a Concept Plan for submission to HQDA.
The Contractor shall have knowledge of the Operational and Organization (O&O) Plan, Joint National Training Capability (JNTC), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) Working Group.
Additionally, the Contractor shall have experience with the DATE and Pacific scenarios, scenario builds, strategic planning and exercise execution expertise.
