Hunter Industries is seeking a
Talent Programs Manager who designs, delivers, and continuously improves, enterprise-wide talent programs, including but not limited to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and skills initiatives. This role translates talent strategy into scalable, well-adopted programs that provide leaders with consistent, effective processes to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and organizational bench strength across the talent lifecycle.
Essential Functions:- Designs and implements enterprise talent management programs, including performance management, career development, talent assessment, and succession planning, to build organizational capability and support business objectives.
- Manages the Talent Programs team and is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and other people leadership activities
- Leads the enterprise performance management process, including goal setting, performance conversations, calibration, and alignment with development, rewards, and succession planning strategies.
- Drives the enterprise succession planning and talent review processes by defining role criticality, readiness criteria, and high-potential identification standards, and ensuring consistent evaluation of performance and potential.
- Partners with Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to support actionable development framework that strengthens leadership bench depth and future readiness.
- Develops and executes change management efforts for talent programs by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption to ensure successful implementation and sustained impact.
- Uses data, analytics, and key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic talent decisions.
- Partners with HRIS to support the technology, reporting, and system processes that enable talent programs, including system enhancements, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and serves as a resource to support adoption and effective use of talent programs.
Education / Training Required and Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
Experience Required and Preferred: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience working within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model preferred.
- Exposure to global or matrixed organizations preferred.

- Requires strong listening, presentation, training, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Requires computer proficiency in Windows, MS Office and HRIS systems.

The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected annual salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
