Talent Product Specialist, AI Enablement

We have an opportunity for a Talent Product Specialist, AI Enablement to join our Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness team in Burnaby, Canada, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Systems. In this pivotal role, you will own assigned workstreams within Infoblox's AI Enablement roadmap and translate them into practical, engaging experiences that help Bloxers apply AI to meaningful work.

Collaborating closely with the AI Enablement product owner, Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partners, IT, People Communications, functional leaders, AI champions, and subject-matter experts, you will design and facilitate learning labs, workshops, team sessions, office hours, social learning experiences, and other enablement offerings. You will also support experiences across Leadership, Performance, Growth, and broader Talent Product lines as business priorities require.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do

• Own assigned AI Enablement roadmap workstreams from concept through launch, iteration, and evaluation
• Translate product priorities into experience briefs, delivery plans, milestones, and success measures
• Design and facilitate interactive AI labs, workshops, office hours, workflow redesign sessions, and peer-learning experiences
• Help Bloxers apply approved generative AI tools, copilots, agents, and automation to real work
• Adapt facilitation methods for virtual, in-person, hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous delivery
• Create psychologically safe environments where participants can experiment, ask questions, share lessons, and exercise human judgment
• Partner with AI champions and "reinventors" to build peer-learning networks and scale effective workflows
• Create facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, toolkits, templates, prompts, scripts, and launch materials
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content development, personalization, analysis, and workflow improvement, with appropriate human review
• Track participation, experience quality, confidence, capability, application, adoption, and workflow-change measures to recommend improvements

Be Prepared - What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience designing, delivering, or facilitating learning, enablement, change, employee experience, or capability-building programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and guide practical discussion
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, copilots, agents, or automation and a commitment to responsible AI use
• Ability to translate complex or emerging concepts into clear, practical, audience-appropriate experiences
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, prioritization, execution, and follow-through
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, functional subject-matter experts, HR Business Partners, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience creating learning materials, facilitation guides, presentations, participant resources, or job aids
• Experience using data, feedback, or evaluation methods to improve programs and demonstrate impact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months

• Independently design and facilitate multiple AI Enablement experiences with clear outcomes and strong participant feedback
• Deliver at least one roadmap workstream from planning through launch, iteration, and evaluation
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in assigned business areas
• Establish follow-up practices that capture participant application, experiments, and workflow changes
• Contribute reusable facilitation assets, templates, and experience patterns
• Demonstrate responsible, effective use of AI to improve program design, delivery, reporting, or follow-up
• Support at least one experience outside AI Enablement when business priorities require

One Year

• Be recognized as a trusted facilitator and product contributor within the Talent Product Organization
• Demonstrate evidence of improved AI fluency, application, adoption, or workflow experimentation in priority audiences
• Help scale successful experiences and recommend changes to offerings that are not producing sufficient value
• Contribute meaningfully to quarterly AI Enablement roadmap and measurement cycles
• Facilitate across multiple Talent Product lines with confidence and consistency
