We're scaling fast, and to hit our ambitious goals, we need to attract the absolute best talent in the industry. We are looking for a data-driven and creative Sr. Manager of Candidate Experience to own, elevate, and scale our talent brand from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between Marketing and People Ops, designing branding campaigns and candidate experiences that make Celestica the employer of choice. Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
  • Refresh the Employee Value Proposition that outlines the distinct rewards and benefits team members earn for their expertise and commitment.
  • Activating the TA team and employees to champion our employer brand through high-impact, targeted campaigns across social channels and career sites to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partnering with Marketing and internal teams to co-create and amplify real employee stories, diversity initiatives, and day-to-day culture that drive authentic engagement.
  • Direct ownership of job posting optimization, ensuring job descriptions are engaging and aligned with the company voice.
  • Management of advertising budgets and vendors and strategic allocation of recruitment marketing spend.
  • Designing and launching multi-channel campaigns across social media, job boards, and digital platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment event execution (career fairs, open houses, networking, virtual sessions), from initial concept and planning to day-of logistics and follow-up. Maximizing ROI visibility by centralizing lead lists within the CRM and systematically linking them to strategic nurture workflows.
  • Direct experience developing, updating, and publishing content onto corporate career sites to enhance the candidate journey.
  • Collaborate directly with recruiters on targeted sourcing strategies for critical or difficult searches.


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from strategy and content creation to budget allocation and performance analysis.
  • Proven experience managing programmatic and traditional recruitment advertising budgets, with a focus on maximizing cost-per-hire efficiency and ROI.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Recruitment CRMs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Phenom People, Gem, SmashFly, HubSpot, or Marketo) to build and engage talent communities.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with experience developing compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVPs), employee spotlights, and social media campaigns.


Physical Demands

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

The range described in this posting is an estimate by the Company, and may change based on several factors, including but not limited to a change in the duties covered by the job posting, or the credentials, experience or geographic jurisdiction of the successful candidate.

Salary Range: $123K-175K base

Typical Experience

  • 11-14 years of Talent Acquisition or relative experience required.
  • Preferred: Minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving candidate pipelines.


Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
