Full Job Description
As Authentic scales, we need a Recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end. This isnt a role where you coordinate interviews and wait for decisions - youll drive searches from kickoff to close, build pipelines across functions, and be a real partner to hiring managers. Youll report to the Head of People and work closely with leaders across the business.

What Youll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions - sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
  • Build and manage pipelines for roles spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, and corporate functions
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach - not just inbound applicants
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, calibrate on candidates, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, making every interaction reflect well on Authentic
  • Maintain clean data and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) so we always know where things stand
  • Contribute to employer branding and how we show up to candidates in the market

The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to hiring and recruiting goals.
