OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Partner is essential in facilitating hiring activities for all non-exempt and exempt roles. This role will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, a passion for building strong relationships, and a knack for developing and executing compelling recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities- Recruitment Process: Outline expectations for the recruitment process to source and select the best-qualified candidates for the position, delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Recruitment Guidance: Provide guidance on recruitment activities and solutions to managers, building relationships and trust to effectively gauge needs and influence hiring decisions.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Employment Branding: Manage projects to build social channels and job boards for business branding, providing insights on concepts and media tactics to engage prospective candidates.
- Identifies issues early in the process and resolves problems proactively, uses data and results to make decisions and provides status updates on a daily basis.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- This position is hybrid and will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
- The wage range for this position is $80,420.00-$120,640.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
QualificationsEducation• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or a related discipline (Required)
Experience• 7+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition roles (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) (e.g., iCIMS). High
• Ability to navigate on social media to source for qualified candidates during the recruitment and selection process. High
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. High
• Ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business. Medium
