Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition function by managing recruiters, developing recruiting strategies, monitoring recruitment performance, and partnering with leaders across multiple states and facilities. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment while driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes, reporting, and workforce planning.
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic partner to operational leadership and Human Resources to ensure timely, effective hiring that supports organizational growth and exceptional patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
- Monitor recruiting workloads and prioritize open positions based on organizational needs.
- Conduct regular recruiting meetings with operational leadership.
- Review recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, schools, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and executive-level recruiting metrics.
- Evaluate recruiting workflows and implement process improvements.
- Support new facility openings, acquisitions, and organizational expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with executive and leadership recruitment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting leadership or management experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience.
- Multi-state recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
