THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Global Prairie by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. Serving as the primary owner of the full-cycle recruitment process, you will partner closely with hiring leaders and the People & Operations team to identify talent needs, build proactive candidate pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure the successful placement of individuals who will contribute to our purpose-driven culture and business growth. You will help build and grow a team of talented, values-aligned individuals who are passionate about using business as a force for good. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manages the Global Prairie Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records, communications, and hiring workflows are accurate and up-to-date
  • Manages candidate outreach and engagement activities, including conducting screeners, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, dismissals, and maintaining candidate communications throughout the hiring process, while ensuring a positive, smooth candidate experience
  • Partners with People & Operations team members to understand recruitment planning needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent for full-time and part-time roles
  • Facilitates the new hiring requests process, including gathering role requirements and needs from hiring leads
  • Drafts, edits, and maintains job descriptions that accurately reflect role responsibilities, qualifications, and business needs
  • Posts open positions across relevant platforms and actively promotes opportunities through sourcing channels
  • Builds and maintains proactive candidate pipelines for current hiring needs and anticipated future opportunities across multiple business functions
  • Tracks recruiting activity, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress, providing updates and insights to leadership on a quarterly basis and ad hoc, as needed
  • In collaboration with other People & Operations team members, continuously identifies and implements recruiting process improvements to increase efficiency and hiring success
  • Manages confidential team member and company information with professionalism and care
  • Assists as needed with other aspects of talent management, including the sourcing, engagement and deployment of freelancers and independent contractors, the Junior Associate (intern) program, retention, and other duties as assigned


Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:
  • 5-6 years as a recruiter, headhunter, or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in building qualified candidate pipelines and filling roles
  • Experience working in a marketing, communications or advertising agency is strongly preferred
  • Experience in BambooHR ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and Handshake are preferred, but not required


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
